The North Weald Airfield ‘Best of British’ Community Day and Fly-in is organised and run by Weald Aviation, The Squadron and Epping Forest District Council.
- Weald Aviation maintains many ex-military jets and warbirds, offers hangarage and fuel, along with a large range of advert and filming opportunities for all. Find out more on the Weald Aviation website.
- The Squadron is a members’ club owned and operated by North Weald Flying Services Limited, and offers a “NAAFI” restaurant and “Mess” bar, fly-ins, private functions, a shop and other aviation advantages to members, both flying and social. Find out more on the The Squadron website.
- Epping Forest District Council owns and operates North Weald Airfield. The airfield was a key fighter base during the Battle of Britain during the Second World War. Find out more on the Epping Forest District Council website.
